FAQ'S

HOW ARE YOUR ARTWORKS PRINTED & PACKAGED?

Prints are printed or pressed onto 250 - 300gsm card. The prints are packaged wrapped to ensure they are not bent in the process of being delivered and are mailed within sturdy mailers.    

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are packaged and posted by me, and generally completed in bulk on a once-weekly basis.  From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular Australia Post / Airmail are as follows:

Within Australia: 2-7 days

Outside Australia: 7-14 days*

Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays, within the destination country, these times may vary slightly.

All artworks are posted via regular Australia Post parcel post. If you require express postage please contact me prior to payment.

* International buyers please email prior to payment to arrange registered or insured mail. Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges. Prints are posted via Pack & Track International where applicable. 

CAN I RETURN MY PRINT?

Unfortunately returns are not accepted based on change of mind. If your print arrives damaged I will replace it if stock allows.  Exchanges are returned at buyers own cost.

DO YOU TAKE PRIVATE COMMISSIONS?

CAN I USE A DIGITAL VERSION OF YOUR ARTWORK ON MY WEBSITE/BLOG/SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT?

All of my work is covered by copyright and as such cannot be used or reproduced without my permission. Please respect the integrity of my work and do not do this. Purchasing a print does not entitle you to do so.
